We simplify complex systems and coordinate information across departments and shareholders to create a fluid event experience for Patrons, Staff, and the local Community. What separates us from other companies that work on the exterior is our ability to integrate with the core production and operation teams to make strategic decisions that affect the entirety of the event ecosystem. Inter-departmental communication becomes key to mediating the needs of the experience at large.

OUR Vision

Experiential Gatherings are an essential part of the human experience. Our ability to congregate in large numbers is paramount to our ability to co-exist in dense urban environments where constant friction creates unease and unrest. Simultaneously, are disenchantment with the consumption of material goods has us looking towards experiences for better fulfillment. In the past decade we have seen an exponential rise in the scale and sophistication of the Experiential Economy.

OUR Mission

SEED takes pride in being able to continue to nurture the growth of the Experiential Economy and harmonize its function. We foster these experiences by streamlining logistics, making connections, and easing tensions within experiential ecosystems.We address areas of unnecessary friction that are more often than not reinforced by convention rather than common sense. We de-escalate chaotic conditions and provide stability and ease to the industry.

OUR Values

First and foremost we are a Community. We put the value of humans and their capacity for creativity and harmony at the center of our ethos. It is through the collective efforts of our community that our vision and our mission become possible.

Furthermore, we place an overwhelming emphasis on the Organic as a counterbalance to the mechanical. Events are becoming a vehicle that is reconnecting us to the natural world and our wild selves at a time where it is becoming critical we do so. We see ourselves as Stewards of the Natural World and do our utmost to follow and encourage sustainable practices. We honor the wisdom found in the natural world and infuse it into our work. 

We also value Health. In an industry that demands so much of its workers we recognize the importance of self-care, healthy eating, sleeping, days off, and general mental wellness. We recognize that our outer performance is a reflection of our inner state of being.
